Two decades building programs that change trajectories.
I've spent 20 years building organizations that develop human capacity — founded two companies, led teams, managed revenue, and designed the products and programs that made growth possible.
What I've learned is that growth strategy and learning design are more connected than most people think. The best marketing doesn't just tell buyers what to think — it creates experiences that make them feel the value of a product. And building something sustainable means understanding both how people learn and what it actually takes to get adopted, funded, and renewed. I move fluidly between these two worlds because I've always lived in both.
Today I bring that integrated perspective to education and social impact organizations that are ready to scale — as a growth strategist, a learning experience designer, and a creative content leader who understands the full business lifecycle from product to revenue.
